A Celebration of Toby’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday July 8, 2019 at Pulliam Funeral Home in Oblong, IL. Burial will follow in Oblong Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time.

Toby K. Elliott, 59, of Terre Haute, IN formerly of Oblong, IL passed away on Wednesday June 26, 2019 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, IN.
He was born in Hammond, Indiana on May 5, 1960 to Max K. Elliott and Bonnie Jean (Newton) Elliott.
Toby worked providing transportation for individuals with special needs. Toby had served in the United States Army, was a member of the Oblong High School Class of 1978 and graduated from Lincoln Trial College in 1980 with a degree in Restaurant Management. He also played Bo Bo the Clown and entertained children and adults at parties and gatherings in the Terre Haute area for a number of years.
Toby is survived by his mother and step-father Bonnie and Paul Heath, Robinson, IL; a brother and sister-in-law Cary and Stacey Elliott, Robinson, IL; a sister and brother-in-law Cindy and Ed Haas, Vandalia, IL; two step-brothers David and Leslie Heath, Vermeer, IL and Carl Dean Heath, Robinson, IL and a step-sister Rhea Becker, Robinson, IL. He is also survived by several aunt, uncles, nieces and nephews and long time friend Tony of Terre Haute, IN., as well as long time friends Margo, Ann, Madonna and Martha.
Preceding him in death were his father; sister Connie Elliott; grandparents Clyde Newton, Pauline and Roy Hill and Ruth Baker.
