Celebration of Tom’s Life Service: 5:00 P.M. on Saturday March 11, 2017 at Pulliam Funeral Home Oblong, IL. Burial will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that an expression of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Crawford County Humane Society. Envelopes will be available at or may be mailed to Pulliam Funeral Home P.O. Box 121 Oblong, IL 62449.

Thomas Lee “Tiny” Cravens, 54, Hardinville, IL passed away at his residence on Tuesday March 7, 2017.

Tom was born in Lawrenceville, IL on January 31, 1963 to Michael “Mick” Cravens and Linda Cravens Price.

Tom was a painter and painted for various people in the area for many years. He attended Oblong Grade School and High School where he played basketball, golf and baseball. He was a member of the OHS Class of 1981. He attended Olney Central College where he continued playing basketball and baseball. Tom was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. In his free time enjoyed playing golf, pool and guitar. The last couple of years Tom enjoyed camping at Sullivan Lake with his lake friends.

Tom is survived by his mother and stepfather Linda (Cravens) and Harold Price, Hardinville, IL; one daughter Kasey Redman, Oblong, IL; sister and brother-in-law Terri and Steve Hill, Sparta, IL; Nephews Jay and Alyssa Hill, Belleville, IL and Matt Hill and Fiancé Claire Smith, Belleville, IL and Great Niece Joetta Hill, Belleville, IL. Tom is also survived by companion Tami Bolinger, Hardinville, IL, Tami’s sons Seth VanSchoyck and girlfriend Brook Wilson, Sullivan, IN, Chase VanSchoyck and girlfriend Abby Zindren, Akron, OH and step mother Ann Cravens, Effingham, IL along with one uncle, several aunts, cousins, numerous friends and his four dogs Luv, Bebe, Jax and BO.

Tom was preceded in death by his father Michael “Mick” Cravens.
