Eldiva Madge Randolph Tracy, 90, of Oblong, IL. passed away at 5:35 a.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at the Ridgeview Care Center, Oblong, IL.
Born in Oblong, Illinois on April 13, 1924, El was the daughter of John and Mabel (Saltzman) Randolph. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed her love of God and shared His word with others especially young people. She was always praying for others and always knew how to encourage others. She was a devout member of the E.U.M. Church of Oblong, IL and attended Oblong Township High School.
On December 21, 1942, she married Kenneth W. Tracy, Sr., who preceded her in death as well as her parents, a son Kenneth “Bub” Tracy, Jr.; a daughter, Patricia Ann Tracy; a son, John Robert Tracy; a grandson Kasey Tracy; three brothers, Johnie, Max, and Dick; four sisters Ival Havill, Georgia Stoltz, Fern Shoulders and Sylvia Collins.
She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law: Kelley and Susie Tracy, Kevin and Cindy Tracy all of Oblong, IL and Kerry and Geneann Tracy of Safety Harbor, Florida; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and special friends Phyllis LeFever, Pam Edwards and all the staff at Ridgeview Care Center.
