Celebration of Daniel’s life will be at 1:00PM Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the First Christian Church 296 N. Range St. in Oblong, IL. Burial will follow in the Mound Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the First Christian Church in Oblong.

Daniel Keith Leffler, 61, Willow Hill, IL passed away at 5:52 P.M. on Saturday September 16, 2016 at Crawford Memorial Hospital in Robinson, IL.
Daniel was born on September 25, 1954 in Olney, IL and was the son of Clarence Leffler and Elizabeth Pauline (Weck) Leffler. On April 4, 1975 he married Anna Marie (Larison) Leffler.
Daniel worked for UTA (United Technologies) in Newton, IL in the maintenance department for 23 years. He also worked the family farm with his dad and grandfather. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Oblong and had been a member of Mound Church. He was a member of the OHS class of 1972. His favorite hobby was farming but he always seemed to find time to go hunting and fishing.
Daniel is survived by his wife Anna (Larison) Leffler, Willow Hill, IL; two sons and daughters-in-law; Daniel and Laura Leffler II, Willow Hill, IL; David and Desiree Leffler , Paris, IL; Two Daughters and son-in-law; Stephanie Ann Leffler-Johnson and John Johnson, Casey, IL, Mary Leffler Casey, IL. Seven grandchildren; Dallas Fancil, Robinson, IL; Clarence Johnson, Casey, IL; Christopher Leffler, Paris, IL; Jennie Fancil, Casey, IL; November Blossom Johnson, Casey, IL, and Scott and Michael Ross, Paris, IL. He is also survived by his father Clarence Leffler, Willow Hill, IL, a brother Gary Leffler, Oblong, IL; two sisters and brothers-in-laws; Linda and Gary Chapman, Casey, IL; Judy and Brian Neer, Lawrenceville, IL.; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Pam and Bill Leffler, Willow Hill, IL; several nieces and nephews, many cousins and three Uncles; John Leffler, Willow Hill, IL; Robert Weck, Robinson, IL, and Roy Weck, Oblong, IL; two aunts Karen Diekmann, Rapid City, SD and Carol Heesen, Baraboo, WI.
Preceding Daniel is death were his mother Pauline Leffler, infant daughter Dorothy Leffler; Grandparents Ishmael and Mary Leffler and Willie and Edith Weck.
