Stephen L. “Steve” Wall, 68, Oblong, IL passed away on Friday November 13, 2009 at Crawford Memorial Hospital Robinson, IL. Steve was born on December 12, 1940 in Robinson, IL and was the son of Elmer Leroy “Pete” Wall and Ethel Dean (Bonham) Wall. On July 17, 1959 he married Nancy Lee Richey, who survives. Steve was a retired farmer and truck driver for Currie Coal & Ice of Collinsville, IL. Steve was a member of Oblong High School Class of 1959 and enjoyed hunting, fishing and most of all spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Steve is survived by his wife Nancy; three sons and daughter-in-laws Richard Leroy & Kim Wall, Monty Alan & Thelma Wall and Lonnie Ray Wall; three grandchildren Joshua Wall and companion Shannon Edmondson, Willie Wall & companion Katie

Harvey and Jessica Everett; three step grandchildren James Baud, Scott Baud and

Aaron Baud; one great granddaughter Makinlea Everett; one step great granddaughter

Madison Edmondson and two nieces Pam & Mike Johnson and Paula & Steve Myers.

Preceding Steve in death were his parents; one grandson Jared Wall and a brother-in-law Ray Richart.

Burial will be in Oblong Cemetery Oblong, Illinois.
