Roxanne "Roxie" Minor, 55, Willow Hill, Illinois passed away at 1:50 a.m. Monday, August 31, 2009, at her residence from cancer. Born in Johnstown, PA on September 23, 1953, she was the daughter of Thomas R. Wicks and Shirley M. Baumbaugh. She was a nursing home administrator at Olney Care Center, Olney, IL and Cumberland Care Center, Greenup, IL. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Newton, IL. Her hobbies included camping, cooking and singing in church.

On June 9, 1973, she married David A. Rose. Later on March 19, 1994, she married Bruce Edward Minor, who survives. Also surviving is one son and daughter-in-law, Thomas D. & Kim Rose; one daughter and son-in-law, Lori A. & Joseph Allen; two grandchildren, Noah Allen and Hannah Allen; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Rev. Mark & Pam Minor, David & Suzanne Minor and Scott Minor; one uncle and aunt, John "Bud" & Olive "Olie" Baumbaugh. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Burial will be in the Bethel Cemetery, Mt. Vernon, Illinois.
