Theora N. Johnson, 90, Oblong, Illinois passed away at 9:48 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2009, at Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson, Illinois. Born in Jasper County, Illinois on May 18, 1918, she was the daughter of Fred Miller and Bertha A. (Williams) Miller. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Oblong. Her hobbies included knitting, quilting, crocheting and both flower and vegetable gardening.

On February 28, 1937, she married Wiley E. Johnson, who preceded her in death on February 4, 1993. Also preceding her in death were her parents; two brothers, Cecil & Lester Miller and two sisters, Juanita Cox and Neva Goss.

Theora was survived by one son, Daryn R. Johnson and several nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in the Oblong Cemetery, Oblong, Illinois.
