Norma I. Dart, 86, Oblong, Illinois passed away at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at Cotillion Ridge, Robinson, Illinois. Born in Annapolis, Illinois on October 26, 1922, she was the daughter of Parkhurst Curtis and Freda (Busby). She was employed with Heath Candy, Robinson, Illinois and also a homemaker. She was a member of the Oblong Wesleyan Church where she taught Sunday School and Bible School. Her hobbies included crocheting and writing poetry.

On October 5, 1940, she married Alonzo W. "Lonnie" Dart, who preceded her in death on February 9, 2008. Also preceding her in death were her parents; four half-brothers, Bill, Bob, Roy and Howard Curtis .

Norma is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Gary & Sharon Dart, Darrell & Roena Dart and Paul Frank & Debbie Dart; one daughter and son-in-law, Ann & John Nethery; twelve grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; five & soon to be six great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Burial will be in the Wilkin Cemetery, rural Oblong, Illinois.
