Rosemary "Rosie" Lansbery, 77, Zephyrhills, Florida and formerly of Oblong and Robinson, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Born in Oblong, on October 3, 1930, she was the daughter of Orely Dennis and Cleo Dennis. She was an apartment manager in Tampa, Florida. Rosie lived in Florida since 1987. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Oblong and Robinson. Rosie volunteered at the Hernando Pasco Hospice.

She is survived by two sons, John Alan Lansbery and Jim Lansbery & partner Gary Stapleton and the Stapleton family; the boys father, Pete Lansbery; cousins, Joan & Bob Brown and Mark Gunning; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Donna Birch; Eleanor & Weldon Hackett and Carolyn Correll.
