Emanuel James "Jim" Gangloff, 61, Stockdale, Texas, passed away Saturday, September 22, 2007, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Born on August 11, 1946, in Crawford County, Illinois he was the son of Charles J. "Charlie" Gangloff and Edna M. (Shryock) Gangloff. Jim served with the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He was an over the road truck driver, employed with Fitzley Truck Line, Laredo, Texas. He lived in Texas over 40 years. Jim was of the Catholic faith. His hobbies included John Deere tractors and tinkering with cars and trucks.

Jim is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Edward James & Lisa Gangloff; one daughter, Jimmie Lynn Gangloff; two grandsons, Brandon Lee & Cody James Gangloff; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Gaylord R. Gangloff, Lee Allen & Joetta Gangloff, Arthur Wayne & Billie Gangloff and Ronald Gean Gangloff; two sisters and brother-in-law, Angelita "Angie" & Richard Seamon and Patricia Moore; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend Ann Cravens.

Jim is preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Donald Dean, Norman Lewis, Charles E. "Buddy" and Jack James; and one sister-in-law, Virginia Gangloff.

Burial was in Stockdale Cemetery, Stockdale, Texas.
