Byrl L. Inboden Jr., 65, rural Robinson, died about 12:07 p.m. Thursday, November 16, 2006 at Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson, Illinois. Born August 27, 1941, in Hardinville, Illinois he was the son of Byrl Pat Inboden and Dora (Waggoner) Inboden. Byrl worked for Labor Local #1280 in Robinson. He was a member of the New Hebron Baptist Church, Wabash Valley Coon Club and Crawford County Bow Club. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, taking care and watching his purple martins and he enjoyed time spent with all his family. Byrl was a graduate of Oblong High School - Class of 1960.

On January 30, 1960, he married Karon Alexander, who survives. Also surviving is one son, Phillip Inboden; four daughters and sons-in-law, Kaiva & Richard Riley, Robin & Lennie Sisil, Babbie & Dave Stewart and Dawn & Kevin Veach; ten grandchildren, Miranda & Adam Williamson, Mallory Riley, Brandon & Jessica Sisil, Chelsea Sisil, Matthew Watts, Brandie Pittenger, Kayla Watts, Dustin, Wesley and Nicole Veach; three great-grandchildren, Maci and Ty Williamson and Peyton Pittenger; two brothers and sisters-in-law, George & Mabel Inboden and Ira & Phyllis Inboden; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Virginia Cooper, Vivian & Norman Tracy and Martha & Don Sisil; three sisters-in-law, Nancy & Tom Gobel, Beulah Inboden and Lavern Inboden; several nieces and nephews; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John & Barbara Alexander

Preceding him in death were his parents, three brothers, Fred, Max and Wilber; one sister, Marilyn Dix.

Burial will be in the Shire Cemetery.
