Judith A. "Judi" Purcell, 62, Rural Oblong, Illinois died Thursday, May 26, 2005 at Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson, Illinois. Judi was born on March 18, 1943 in Robinson, Illinois and was the daughter of William Earnest Hayes and Mildred Louise (Jeffreys). 1960 Judi married Donal Purcell. Judi was a homemaker and a babysitter. She was a member of the Bellair Church of Christ. She attended Oblong schools and her hobbies included flower and vegetable gardening.

Surviving Judi is her mother, Mildred Neese; two sons, Troy Purcell & Vanessa Russell and Dale & Cheryl Purcell; five grandchildren, Douglas Sellers, Dustin McGee, Breann Purcell, Stacie Purcell & Laura Purcell.

Judi is preceded by her father and her grandmother Emma Carpenter, who raised Judi.

Burial will be in the Harmony Cemetery, Rural Bellair, Illinois.
