William K. "Sherman" Denind, 77, Momence, Illinois formerly of the Olney/Noble, Illinois area died Saturday June 12, 2004 in Momence, Illinois. William was born in Stoy, Illinois on December 8, 1926 and he was the son of Walter E. and Audrey E. (Dunlap) Denind. He was a section hand for the railroad and a tool salesman for Sears.

William is survived by two brothers: Donald and Walter Denind Jr.; three sisters: Patricia "Patty" Tennison, Barbara Shepard and Jeri Denind.

He is preceded by: his parents, two sisters: Betty Winn & Marie Krawczak; and one brother: Tom Denind.

Burial will be in the Oblong Cemetery.
