Vivian (Kitchen) Schwager, 85, Willow Hill, Illinois died Saturday March 27, 2004 at Ridgeview Care Center, Oblong, Illinois. Vivian was born on March 4, 1915 in Hazel Dell, Illinois and was the daughter of Josiah Harrison Ragon and Hulda Olive (Lingo) Ragon. On April 10, 1935 she married Herbert Kitchen who died January 14, 1957. On July 14, 1962 she married Tony Schwager who died November 19, 1998. Vivian was a homemaker and for several years managed the Newton Moose Lodge #1154. Vivian was a member of the Hunt City Christian Church, Hunt City, Illinois, Newton American Legion Auxiliary Post #20, Newton V.F.W. Auxiliary #7537, Newton Moose Lodge #1154. Vivian loved to quit.

Vivian is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Everett Eugene & Valerie Kitchen; two daughters and a son-in-law Irene Kay Cravens and Joan & George Midgett; eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law John & Jan Ragon; one sister Violiet Bougher; sister-in-law Mary Lou Ragon and several nieces and nephews.

Her parents, both husbands, two brothers - Hoyt & Harold Ragon, one son - Walter Kitchen, two grandsons - Randy Cravens & Johnny Ray Midgett, one granddaughter - Darla Kay Midgett, one sister - Goldie Rinehart, and three brothers-in-laws - Therman Denman, Charlie Rinehart and Dale Bougher all preceded Vivian in death.

Burial will be in Hunt Cemetery, rual Jasper County, Illinois.
