Virginia Henry, 86, Rockford, Illinois, died Saturday November 6, 2004 at the Rockford Mem

orial Hospital, Rockford, Illinois. Virginia, was born July 8, 1918 in Borden, Indiana and was the daughter of Charles Carmichael and Leota (Elkins) Carmichael. On September 15, 1941, she married Francis D. Henry, who preceded her in death on July 9, 1998. Virginia was a registered nurse in various different settings. She was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Rockford. She enjoyed volunteering her time to Aldersgate United Methodist Church and Wesley Willows.

Virginia is survived a daughter and son-in-law Barbara Walter – Reindle & Dennis Reindle, grandson Gregory C. Walter, nephew and daughter Taylor Henry & Kristen Ray, niece and three children Pam (Scott) Chapman & Jennifer, Stacey & David Chapman.

Virginia's parents and husband preceded her in death.

Burial was in Oblong Cemetery.
