Mary Utterback 83, Rural Robinson, Illinois died Monday December 15, 2003 at the Decatur Manor Care, Decatur, Illinois. Mary was born on August 19, 1920 and was the daughter of Frank and Mary Ann (Littlejohn) Gowin. On March 17, 1939 she married Mervin A. Utterback who died on June 30, 1991. Mary was a homemaker and farmers wife, she was a member of the Oblong Wesleyan Church. She was active for many years as the Missionary President of the Church and the District. Her hobbies included gardening and flowers. Mary's family was very special to her.

Mary is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Danny & Carlene Utterback and Kevin & Becky Utterback; two daughters and son-in-law: Cinthia & Paul Wilson and Karen Utterback; one sister: Wanda Watts; one son-in-law: Ray Karl; seven grandchildren: Emily Wilson, Cory Utterback, Camdon Utterback, Kate Endsley, Travis Utterback, Kimber Utterback & Heather

Dykes; one great-grandson: Jackson Dykes and several nieces & nephews.

Preceding Mary in death were her parents, husband and one daughter: Patricia Karl.

Burial will be in the Oblong Cemetery, Oblong, Illinois.
