Kathy Maureen (Henry) St. Germain, 53, Brownsburg, IN, passed away at 12:30 a.m. (EST) Monday January 27, 2003, at her residence after battling cancer for over four and one half years. Born February 25, 1949, Kathy resided with her family, Leland Gene and Carol Spaugh in Oblong. Kathy graduated from Oblong schools and later attended Olivet Nazarene University. Kathy worked for L. S. Health & Sons in Robinson, Wright's Auto Sales in Indiana, Shell Oil/Shell Pipeline in northern Indiana and later in Houston, Texas. She completed 15 years employment with the company as an accountant while residing in Humble, TX. Kathy loved music and shared that gift as an organist, pianist and vocalist in the Oblong Wesleyan Church, Highland Church of the Nazarene and Lake Houston Church of the Nazarene. She was dearly loved by family, friends and co-workers. Her love of life and love for the Lord were a great testimony throughout her life.

Kathy is survived by her son Jamison David Lackey; her mother Carol S. Myers; two brothers and a sister-in-law Charles Roger Henry and Michael & Judy Henry; grandmother Berniece Henry; nephews Michael Todd & Bethany Henry ( son Noah)

and Marcus Alan Lackey; a niece Kristi & Danny Schaffner (sons Waylon, Ricky, and Caden Michael) and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Kathy was preceded in death by her father Leland Gene Spaugh; grandparents Clarence Ray & Sylvia Smith, Orlie O. & Evelyn Henry, Earnest & Cora Spaugh; and her birth father Charles O. Henry.

Ministers officiating the service are Rev. David Earlewine and Rev. Leonard Waller assisted by Danny Schaffner, Michael Todd and Kathy's former pastor Rev. Bob Hasselbring.

Burial will be in Oblong Cemetery.
